A repair of installation is usually the fastest solution to general problems with panda.
Please follow the procedure:
1.please uninstall Panda first:
To remove all traces of panda, please use the following uninstallers:
Uninstaller for Panda 2010:
http://www.pandasecurity.com/resources/sop/UNINSTALLER.exe
Uninstaller for Panda 2011:
http://www.pandasecurity.com/resources/sop/UNINSTALLER.exe
Now restart your PC please:
2. Cleanse your system with a cleaning tool.
3. Now Download and install the current version of Panda 2009 or 2010:

During the installation we recommend you to choose "install-minimal", you can add other modules after installation
Here is an example of data you can need to activate the product:
Activation code, for example: xxxxxx-yyyyyy
Email address, eg test@web.ch
Customer Number: xxxxxxxxx
